01/22/13

So I haven't blogged in a couple of days because I've been bad... It was my birthday this past weekend, which entailed out of town shopping with mom... Which meant fast food, which meant sonic ice cream!!! Then, brunch on my actual birthday, with waffles, potatoes and cheesecake!!! And then that night, pizza with the family and ice cream cake. It was a health massacre. But now I'm back... Need to get back to logging my food, and back to sweating because of working out and not because of eating too much food!!!

Work

So right now I'm on my way to work. I work at a bagel bakery! Bagels are probably the worst kind of bread you could put in your body. It's going to be hard because this is the first time back to work since I've decided to change my eating habits. I used to constantly eat nibbles here and nibbles there of horrific, fatty, high calorie foods! And the soda intake was worse... Probably drank about a liter and a half of regular soda during he duration of my shift. Not today... Sticking with water and tea. Hopefully I don't break down and make a cup of diet coke for myself.

01/17/13 (FAT PICS!!!)

So today, I've decided to show you my whole body... What it looks like with clothes on... but thin clothing!  I'm really not happy with the pictures.  It's kind of really hard to look at them because I think I've been doing so good this last week and I feel like weight loss should be easy... but looking at the mass I have on me, I know it's going to be SOOOO long until I finally get the body I want.  I'm still going to do what I'm doing.  I'm still going to eat right and exercise in hopes it'll melt off the pounds.  I actually checked my weight since Tuesday, and I'm 259.  I guess I'm making progress... just doesn't really look like it.

So here I am... Front, back, and side view.  The back view is probably the most sad.  It's really gross -- I look like I have a hunch back, and I hate it!!!




So here's to losing 100 pounds!  Hopefully I'll be making success soon.

01/16/13

Soooo tired this morning! I missed my AM classes! But, finally, I got up - I ate some oatmeal and dry cereal and then did a short arm exercise routine. Hopefully I'll get those Michelle Obama arms someday! I went to Wendy's today... Probably not the best choice. I got the full size apple pecan chicken salad. It's packed with sugar and carbs! I need to do some more exercises tonight to balance that out. I got some Lipton mixed berry green iced tea... Very yummy! I also got a yoga mat for some 10 minute routines... And these cute shoes on sale!!! I love Target!

Weigh In

So, I'm thinking every Wednesday I'll do a weight in. I did it tonight because I actually haven't weighed myself for 3 weeks. So tonight I weighed 262.3 pounds... Better than 268, right?!
I love my 'My Fitness Pal' app, because I actually write down what I'm eating and how much I'm exercising. I actually have been pretty good calorie wise, having about 300 calories left over after the day is done.
Today I did about 20 minutes of my Wii Zumba game on intermediate... Whew that gets me sweaty! I know 20 minutes doesn't sound like a lot... But for me going from 0 to 20 is a lot.
I broke down and ate a couple of Reece's pieces... BUT I wrote it down in my food diary. Today probably wasn't the healthiest day, but moderation is key.. I'll get to that super heathy stage soon!

OBGYN

Right now I'm getting the 3rd injection of my Depo birth control shot... Just so all you ladies know, IT'S THE DEVIL! Automatic 30 pound gain once you get on it. I'm going to talk to my doctor about switching to the IUD in my arm...? Ps... I got these all natural/organic fruit strips (or leathers) and I always have loved them! 45 calories, no fat and 10 grams of sugar... If you're craving a sweet snack, they are so good!!!

Day 1

So last night I had homemade Italian Wedding Soup (with lean meatballs and low sodium chicken broth) it was yummy and so filling! I've been logging my food intake for the last couple of days on My Fitness Pal... You can follow me on there @mollydwatson. I have only been watching my calorie intake and what I've been eating for the past couple of days but I already feel more energized and it's easier to wake up in the morning! That's a big thing for me!
