01/22/13

So I haven't blogged in a couple of days because I've been bad... It was my birthday this past weekend, which entailed out of town shopping with mom... Which meant fast food, which meant sonic ice cream!!! Then, brunch on my actual birthday, with waffles, potatoes and cheesecake!!! And then that night, pizza with the family and ice cream cake. It was a health massacre. But now I'm back... Need to get back to logging my food, and back to sweating because of working out and not because of eating too much food!!!

01/16/13

Soooo tired this morning! I missed my AM classes! But, finally, I got up - I ate some oatmeal and dry cereal and then did a short arm exercise routine. Hopefully I'll get those Michelle Obama arms someday! I went to Wendy's today... Probably not the best choice. I got the full size apple pecan chicken salad. It's packed with sugar and carbs! I need to do some more exercises tonight to balance that out. I got some Lipton mixed berry green iced tea... Very yummy! I also got a yoga mat for some 10 minute routines... And these cute shoes on sale!!! I love Target!

Day 1

So last night I had homemade Italian Wedding Soup (with lean meatballs and low sodium chicken broth) it was yummy and so filling! I've been logging my food intake for the last couple of days on My Fitness Pal... You can follow me on there @mollydwatson. I have only been watching my calorie intake and what I've been eating for the past couple of days but I already feel more energized and it's easier to wake up in the morning! That's a big thing for me!
